We do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

All sales are considered final.

⚠️ Exceptional Cases

In rare and genuine cases (such as a manufacturing defect or incorrect product delivered), a return or exchange may be approved at the discretion of our team. In such cases:

The customer will bear two-way delivery charges (forward & reverse shipping).

An additional ₹200 handling fee will be deducted.

For exchanges – only size exchange will be provided (subject to availability).

For returns – a cash refund will be processed to the original payment method after successful quality check.

1. Returns

We accept returns within first 24 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

3. How to Start a Return

Email our team at care@theitalyn.com  with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return address.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company. If you still have not received it, please contact us.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchange requests, email us with clear photos and your order details.

7. Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance.
