Return & Exchange Policy

At Italyn , we want every piece you receive to bring you comfort and confidence. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we have a simple return and exchange process. Please read the guidelines below carefully before sending your parcel back.

Eligibility Window

You may request a return or exchange within 2 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we will not be able to accept any requests. Customised orders are not eligible for return.

How to Return

Customers are required to send the return parcel back to us at their own expense using a reliable courier service. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and Italyn is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged during return transit.

Sale & Flash Sale Orders

Sale items are only eligible for exchange or refund in the form of a Italyn Gift Card, valid for 6 months from the date of issue

Flash Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refunds for COD orders will be provided only in the form of a Italyn Gift Card. This gift card will remain valid for 6 months and can be redeemed on our website for future purchases.

Condition of Returned Products

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and sent back in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. If the product shows any visible signs of wear, washing, or damage, it will be returned to the customer without any refund or exchange.

One-Time Exchange Only

A product that has been exchanged once will not be eligible for further exchange or return.

Refund Process

Refunds (either via gift card or the original payment method where applicable) will be initiated within 24–48 hours of receiving and inspecting the returned parcel at our warehouse. Please allow additional time if your bank or payment provider requires it for processing.
